Eduardo Frometa
Master Instructor
Meet Master Frometa, a seasoned 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with a rich history in the sport that began in 1991 in Cuba. Not only did he serve as an instructor and head coach for the Cuban National competition team, but he also moved to Panama, where he continued to shape young talents as the coach of the Panamanian National Team for 16 years. Master Frometa’s educational background in Cuba includes a license in Physical Fitness, Combat Sports, and Sports Massage, enriching his deep understanding of athlete training and care.
At Falcon Warriors Taekwondo Academy, he passionately trains both intermediate and advanced students and leads our Competition Team with expert guidance. Outside the dojo, Master Frometa is a devoted father to a son and a daughter, bringing the same dedication and love he has for Taekwondo to his family. We’re incredibly fortunate to have such an experienced and caring master guiding our community.
Carlos Falconi
Master Instructor
Meet Master Falconi, a distinguished 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Hapkido. Born in Ecuador, he has been immersed in the world of Taekwondo since 1976. Throughout his vibrant career, Master Falconi has showcased his skills in numerous National and South American Open Taekwondo tournaments, consistently earning accolades for his performance.
With over 20 years of experience in teaching, Master Falconi has dedicated himself to instructing students of all ages at Falcon Warriors Taekwondo Academy. As the head coach and trainer of our Competition team, he nurtures both intermediate and advanced students, guiding them with expertise and passion.
Outside the dojo, Master Falconi is a devoted father to three boys and one girl, bringing the same commitment and care he has for Taekwondo to his family life. We are incredibly lucky to have such an experienced and caring master shaping the next generation of martial artists.
Martin Falconi
Master Assistant Instructor
Say hello to Master Martin, a dynamic 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a valued assistant coach on our competition team. With 14 years of dedicated training, Martin has garnered a collection of awards and medals from local, state, and national Taekwondo tournaments, excelling in both sparring and Poomsae.
Currently balancing his time as a part-time aviation college student, Martin continues to deepen his expertise in martial arts, bringing a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his teaching.Despite his busy schedule, he finds joy in teaching Taekwondo to our youngest warriors, ages 3-6, as well as guiding our beginner white belt students.
Master Martin’s dedication to both his personal development and his students’ growth makes him an inspirational part of the Falcon Warriors Taekwondo Academy.
Lazaro Pupo Diaz
Master Instructor
Meet Master Pupo, a distinguished 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with a robust background in physical education, having earned his degree and license from Havana, Cuba. Since beginning his Taekwondo training in 1998, Master Pupo has dedicated himself to mastering and teaching this martial art.
In 2006, Master Pupo moved to Hidalgo Pachuca, where he initially served as a trainer for the Hidalgo State Taekwondo Team until 2007. He subsequently took on a role as a trainer for the Sonora State Taekwondo Team, a position he holds to this day. His extensive experience includes working and training with young athletes at the national
level, helping them achieve excellence in competitions.
Outside the dojo, Master Pupo is a devoted father to three boys, passing on his passion and expertise in Taekwondo to them as well. His commitment to the sport and his students is evident in his professional approach and deep understanding of physical education and martial arts training.
